More from Bjorn Lomborg.....

.... in an interview with the US based National Review.

Lomborg, as ever, is advocating getting priorities in the right order. Worth a quick perusal.

  1. Hard to argue with a lot of what he says.

Mind you, this is one guy on a soapbox forum with a reporter who seems more of a 'feed' than a challenge.

Certainly, if true, many of his facts should be used to stop some of the excessive hyperbole I find is putting many off even thinking about the issues.

And there are some killer sound bites in there to save for later.

Trouble is, I don't see many on either extreme changing much in their entrenched views any time soon.

I believe in freedom of speech. But I also don't like bullies on blogs, even verbal ones, as they can drive away those with something valid to say... or offer.

Subjective is fine, but well argued and substantiated is even better. Calm and polite tops. Anything that crosses my personal line will not go up. There may be reasons given, but not guaranteed.

I'm not too keen on 'Anon' as a handle (and the content usually explains why), so if that's what you opt for it may not make it. Sorry.
