The other title I toyed with was... 'But is it art?'.
At £15,000 for 5 days, it certainly makes some kind of statement.
I'm just not sure that we need any more awareness on waste, but maybe a tad more spent on dealing with it.

I wonder if we could get £30K sponsorship from our dear leader and the DM to build a house out of used plastic bags? Or perhaps £100K to build a new house out of re:used old bricks?
Thinking about it, with us not coming from an 'arty' background, it's almost certainly a non-starter.
